Terms of use
Draft for review. These terms describe how this demonstration site is meant to be used. A lawyer has not reviewed them yet, and the LGU must confirm them before the site is used for real reports.
Last updated 6 October 2026. By sending a report, a rating or any other message through this site you agree to these terms. Please also read our privacy notice.
What this site is for
This site lets residents report problems with public works projects and everyday faults, rate projects, and follow what happens. It is not for emergencies. If someone is in danger, call the national emergency hotline 911 or your local emergency number.
What you send is public
- Reports, photos, updates, ratings and reviews are shown to everyone.
- Your name is shown only if you choose to show it. Your email address and mobile number are never shown.
- You promise that what you send is true as far as you know, and that you took the photos or have the right to share them.
What you must not do
- Do not post anything false, abusive, threatening or discriminatory, or that makes unproven accusations against a named person or company. Describe what you saw, not what you suspect.
- Do not post other people’s personal details, or photos that identify a person.
- Do not send advertising, copied text, or the same report again and again.
- Do not try to break the site, get around the limits on how many reports one person can send, or use it for anything unlawful.
What the LGU and site team may do
- Change the status of a report, add public updates, and forward a report to the office or agency responsible.
- Hide or remove content that breaks these terms, and block people who keep breaking them.
- Contact you using the email address or mobile number you gave about your report.
About the project information
Project details, such as contractor, agency, budget and dates, come from the public records of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). We show them as published and do not promise that they are complete, correct or up to date. A project marked “Past target date” passed the target date in those records. It does not mean anyone is at fault. A rating is an opinion of the residents who left it.
No guarantee
This is a demonstration. We try to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise that it will always work, that a report will be answered by a certain date, or that a problem will be fixed.
